Digital Sales Kit

Everything a buyer sees, from the first launch image to the sales gallery, produced as one kit from one model.

Row of resort villas with private plunge pools stepping down a hillside

Why one kit

A launch usually passes through several suppliers.

Every handover is where a project’s look starts to drift: the renders, the brochure, the website and the sales gallery each made by someone else, to someone else’s idea of it. The kit keeps it all in one place.

  1. 01

    One model, one look

Every image, plan, 360° room and screen is produced from the same model and the same light, so it all shows the same project.

  2. 02

    Planned for every destination

Views are planned up front for where they will run, so the hoarding, the brochure, the website and the sales-gallery wall each get an image composed for them, from the same model.

  3. 03

    One team, one schedule

One studio from the first launch image to the sales gallery, so nothing waits on a handover between suppliers.

The kit meets the buyer at every step.

The buyer’s journey

  1. 01Online and on the street

    Discover

The first time a buyer sees the project: the hoarding, the launch page, the social feed, the brochure in hand.

  2. 02Remotely, on their own screen

    Explore

A buyer who cannot visit yet walks the apartment room by room and turns the building by hand, on a phone or a laptop.

  3. 03In the sales gallery

    Decide

The same visuals on the wall display, on a tablet across the table and in the plans they take home, at the moment a decision is made.

How a kit comes together

  1. 01

    Brief and model

Drawings and the launch plan in; the model built and the camera angles agreed.

  2. 02

    Launch set

Hero exteriors and interiors, plans and the project’s visual identity and brochure.

  3. 03

    Marketing set

Campaign stills, cinemagraphs, social and the launch page, cut for every placement.

  4. 04

    Sales experience

360° walkthroughs, Spin 360°, interactive plans and the sales-gallery screens.

Each phase starts from the model the last one built, so the kit grows without being rebuilt.

Common questions.

All questions
Do we have to take the whole kit?
No. A kit is scoped to the launch: some projects need every part, others start with the CGI and plans and add 360°, interactive and the sales gallery later. Because every part comes from the same model, what is added later still matches what came first.
What happens to the kit after launch?
It keeps working. The model and the visual system stay with the project, so new views, unit types or a later phase can be produced to match, and the interactive parts keep running in the sales gallery and online.
What devices do the experiences run on?
An ordinary web browser - on a phone, a tablet or a large sales-gallery screen - with nothing to install. The samples on this site are the same viewers.
